With the majority of our production in our modern, purpose built facility, technical excellence is central to the service we supply to our customers. Our portfolio includes a selection of bespoke recipes for our customers designed in-house by our NPD team.
Recent investments have focused on cooking rices, grains and pastas. State-of-the-art cooking, quenching and MAP technology produces the highest quality fresh products in formats between 200g to 5kg.
Our trading partners consist of sandwich bars, chilled distributors and food manufacturers both regionally and nationally. All our chilled products are supplied from our head office site in Kent.
The Fridays Product Development Team comprises of representatives from Technical, Production, Marketing and Sales, managed by the New Product Development Co-ordinator. Both a proactive and reactive approach is taken to product development at Fridays.
